Fees and Payment:
- Initial phone consultation: Free for 15 minute call
- Individual therapy: $250 per 50 minute session
- Couples and family therapy: $250 per 50 minute session
- Group therapy: $100 per 60 minute session
- Assessment: Fee will vary depending on the type of assessment and report needed.
You will be fully informed about fees prior to booking your initial session. Payment for services is due after each session, unless alternate arrangements are made with your psychologist. We accept cash, credit card, and personal check.
We do not accept insurance. However, some insurance plans cover a percentage of the fee for out-of-network providers. We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network mental health coverage (if any) and to ask other relevant questions. If your insurance does provide coverage, you may want to ask how much coverage they provide, what documentation they require, the procedure for submitting a claim, and whether a referral from a physician is needed. Here are some tips on communicating with your insurance company. We will provide you with a receipt that includes all the information needed to submit a claim to your insurance company.
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled session. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed the full cost of the session. Please note that missed sessions cannot be billed to your insurance. Your psychologist will discuss this policy with you in more detail.
